Who we are
Vaitly Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 16814185, registered office Mill House, Penrhos Farm, Cardiff, CF15 7UN, United Kingdom. What this page collects
This page sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, fonts or media, and does not profile or track visitors across sites. Fonts, imagery and the film are served from our own domain, so simply reading this page discloses nothing to anyone but us.
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you type: your name, work email address, organisation, job title, organisation size, the reason for your enquiry and, if you choose to provide it, a description of the challenge you are trying to solve. Our servers also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission, which we use to rate-limit abuse.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use enquiry details for one purpose: to assess and respond to your enquiry, and to correspond with you about it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter or mailing sequence.
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them, unless we have entered into an agreement with you that requires us to keep records for longer.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are handled by Vaitly personnel. Information is stored on infrastructure we operate, and is transmitted over encrypted connections. We use an email provider to send and receive correspondence. We do not transfer enquiry data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area for storage.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict that processing. Write to hello@vaitly.cloud and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
